My name is Dr. Melissa Musser, Founder and Co-Owner of Isle of Wellness. Isle of Wellness provides physical therapy, therapeutic manual/massage therapy, Pilates based mat and equipment classes and Reiki energy healing for complete body, mind and spirit wellness. I wanted to create a place where someone can come to improve their physical health on a one on one, personalized basis, along with continuing their wellness journey with classes, manual therapy and stress relieving modalities. Valerie Grant, co-owner of Isle of Wellness. has been teaching fitness and presenting at fitness conferences internationally for over 25 years. Her professional experience includes teaching and managing at prestigious clubs
throughout the Philadelphia area and South Jersey. In 2010, she was
awarded “Best Posture Coach” by Philadelphia Magazine. In April of
2014 she and some colleagues opened Purenergy Studio in Paoli PA
which brings the components of fitness, wellness and balance under
one roof. Specialties: Pilates and Feldenkrais.
Certifications: ACE (CPT), Pilates Method Alliance (PMA)
and Guild of Certified Feldenkrais Practitioners (GCFP), American
Red Cross CPR/AED Authorized Instructor.
RYT500 Yoga teacher,
Sounder Sleep Method®teacher, Pilates for Golf Instructor, and Pink Ribbon Pilates. She helps people find new ways of
moving as well as increasing core strength and stability.
Renee Michael is certified in Pilates mat and equipment from Power Pilates in NYC. She has taught in Avalon during the summers for over 5 years.
She is certified in Corealign, Zumba and Zumbatomic.
Roseann Williams-Levin is an experienced wellness & fitness professional certified ACE, AAAI/ISMA and AFAA yoga, pilates, personal trainer
She enjoys group training as well as personally assisting clients toward their fitness goals and successes.
